This is an awesome project done by a 3D Potter machine, 3D Potter is the cheapest concrete printing system I am aware of. It was also used by Emerging Objects to print the adobe videos linked in my old youtube video at the bottom.

This is a project done by them in NJ which uses Sika materials I believe. The columns of this pergola were printed in 4 sections separated by a thin layer of plastic between. If you look closely you can see where they are joined.
